Our client is seeking an experienced Rooms Division Manager for their hotel in Central London. The Rooms Division Manager will oversee the Front Desk and Night Shift. The hotel has over 350 bedrooms, a busy restaurant, bar and lounge area with conference, banqueting and leisure facilities. You must be based in the UK to apply for this role. As Rooms Division Manager, you will be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach whilst taking control, accountability and ownership for the management of the front of house area. The Rooms Division Manager will manage, lead and develop your team of twenty and will be part of the senior management team.
