sales support administrator

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • inbound general enquiries when otherwise unanswered
  • utility contract renewals
  • this is a support role, working directly with the Operations Director
  • office supplied & equipment management
  • visitor management
  • while training will be given for each of the responsibilities below, previous experience would be beneficial
  • delivery/Collection management, to include goods receiving process, serial number record management
  • assist with stock management and record keeping

  • experience in administration role
  • successful applicant will be expected to communicate with business owners on a regular basis
