Responsibility
- work with the Head of Marketing to contribute, shape and to deliver the overall marketing strategy
- develop, plan, and implement promotional campaigns for products and events
- lead in driving new initiatives that will increase engagement and traffic to brand websites

- develop 365-content strategies for each brand
- optimise the customer journey with a view to maximising the customer experience across all channels and touchpoints
- developing social media strategies and setting goals to increase brand awareness and social engagement
- suggest improvements to database growth and development, lead generation and database ROI
- reporting for all performance across marketing channels
- manage a team of 2 and provide help and support on their events and products
- work with event production, editoral and commercial teams to develop strategy and lead execution of regional events
- build and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders
- the position will support a cross-functional team and provide insights for improving the marketing and digital activities across SME and diversity brand
- the post holder will be responsible for developing key marketing strategies and in-house products, alongside co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
Requirements
- strong experience in a digital and traditional marketing techniques and channels
- event marketing experience
- experience using data insight and intelligence to shape acquisition and retention initiatives
