work with the Head of Marketing to contribute, shape and to deliver the overall marketing strategy
develop, plan, and implement promotional campaigns for products and events

ensure marketing best practice is implemented across the business for digital channels, websites, email and communications etc
develop 365-content strategies for each brand
optimise the customer journey with a view to maximising the customer experience across all channels and touchpoints

Requirements
strong experience in a digital and traditional marketing techniques and channels
event marketing experience
experience using data insight and intelligence to shape acquisition and retention initiatives
data-driven approach to strategic and tactical decision making
A proven record of testing, measuring and evaluating marketing channels to optimise spend and demonstrate ROI
strong communication skills with the ability to articulate performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities to key stake holders
A collaborative approach and ability to interact with cross-functional teams

Requirements
1-3 years’ experience in a similar role within a commercial organisation
track record of driving performance within a high growth organisation
excellent written communication and copywriting skills
experience of website management, email marketing, CRM and marketing databases
strong project management skills – delivery on time and within budget
ability to work on own initiative and good team player
strong communication skills with the ability to articulate performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities to key stakeholders
