Responsibility
- work with the Head of Marketing to contribute, shape and to deliver the overall marketing strategy
- develop, plan, and implement promotional campaigns for products and events
- lead in driving new initiatives that will increase engagement and traffic to brand websites
- ensure marketing best practice is implemented across the business for digital channels, websites, email and communications etc
- develop 365-content strategies for each brand
- optimise the customer journey with a view to maximising the customer experience across all channels and touchpoints
- developing social media strategies and setting goals to increase brand awareness and social engagement
- suggest improvements to database growth and development, lead generation and database ROI
Requirements
- strong experience in a digital and traditional marketing techniques and channels
- event marketing experience
- experience using data insight and intelligence to shape acquisition and retention initiatives
- data-driven approach to strategic and tactical decision making
- A proven record of testing, measuring and evaluating marketing channels to optimise spend and demonstrate ROI
- strong communication skills with the ability to articulate performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities to key stake holders
- A collaborative approach and ability to interact with cross-functional teams
- passionate about marketing, implementing best practices and improving efficiencies
