- verifying and posting supplier invoices
- arranging payment to suppliers
- posting customer remittances
- issuing of statements and chasing of slow paying customers
- bank, company credit card and petty cash reconciliation
- producing weekly / monthly cash flow and management accounts
- working with accountants to prepare VAT returns
- minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience preferably for a limited company
- full understanding of VAT and PAYE
- bookkeeping: 2 years
