STRIPPED BRASSERIE & BAR is looking for employees for positions:
- greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour
- assist with seating arrangements and ensure that tables are properly set up
- take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary
- serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, while adhering to responsible service practices
- maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and bar areas
- handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality service
- assist with catering events as required, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly
- previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred
- are advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable
- strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
- ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
- flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
