trainee estate agent
Responsibility
- registering prospective clients and matching them to suitable properties
- arranging and attending property viewings in a professional and timely manner
- supporting senior colleagues in negotiating offers and progressing deals
- building and maintaining positive relationships with applicants, landlords, vendors, and buyers
- proactively identifying opportunities for new business generation
- providing exceptional levels of customer service at all stages of the process
- developing a thorough understanding of the property market and industry legislation
Requirements
- highly motivated, target-driven, and keen to build a long-term career in property
- confident, professional communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- organised, reliable, and able to work well under pressure
- well-presented with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experience
- must hold a clean UK driving licence and have access to own car
- previous sales or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
