Requirements
- training in maintenance related field
- A strong background in manufacturing processes and principles, preferably in a similar role
- previous experience in corrugated manufacturing and/or Die Cut, Multipoint gluing or Flexographic printing will be advantageous
- strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- excellent communication skills with the ability to sustain and develop teamwork and team-based problem-solving
- excellent planning and organising skills
- A professional attitude based on development and improvement
- physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour and lift heavy objects
Responsibility
- identify and fix issues such as faulty wiring, broken fixtures, or malfunctioning equipment
- responsible for completing routine and emergency repairs to equipment, fixtures, fittings, and building systems
- maintaining cleanliness, tidiness and a safe working environment ensuring H&S standards of operation for all areas are met in full
- you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper upkeep, functionality, and safety of all equipment
