  • work with managers, team leaders and team members providing guidance and support in relation to compliance and risk management issues as appropriate
  • conduct investigations and develop robust corrective action plans to ensure any customer complaints and any compliance related issues or incidents that arise are addressed and actioned
  • oversee all new product development ensuring that new products are launched in line with the company’s new product development policy and procedures
