Responsibility
- supporting the Transport team with planning and scheduling across the department
- ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods, assigning drivers and vehicles
- ensuring compliance with the companies safe systems of working. and SOP’s
- handling any customer complaints, escalating where necessary in a timely manner
- scheduling vehicle maintenance appointments
- giving and receiving requests for bookings slots
- performing administrative duties such as raising purchase orders, work requests, and updating our “Vision” system
- monitoring and recording refuelling of vehicle
Requirements
- BSc in Business Administration, or equivalent administrative qualification
- 1 years’ experience within Administrative role, ideally within a Transport capacity, but not essential
- customer service: 1 year
- administrative experience: 1 year
