  • organise remedial work with contractors, Site Managers or Customer Care Technicians as appropriate
  • liaise between contractors where more than one is involved in resolving customer issues
  • organise the diary and work schedule for Customer Care Technicians

  • track and report on maintenance history, particularly recurring problems

  • from the appropriate point maintain contact with the customer to provide them with timely decisions on workload and prioritisation changes
  • raise any technical areas of development with the Customer Experience Coordinator and be willing to undertake training to expand skill base
  • demonstrate visible pride in the work undertaken
