Responsibility

  • manage the day-to-day operations of the shop/office. Must have flooring sales experience
  • greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
  • maintain office files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • perform basic office management tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking
  • assist with customer support inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly and helpful manner
  • perform general clerical duties including answering the phone and taking messages
  • provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, for measures and fittings. Supporting director with managing of the weekly diary

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • previous experience working in a flooring shop/office or retail environment preferred
  • excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • customer service: 2 years
  • strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • administrative experience: 2 years
