Responsibility
to conduct client specific risk assessments, in conjunction with other healthcare professionals, Steps Ahead policy and Outstanding CQC guidelines
provide on-call support to the Office Team and Care Coordinators
to conduct general risk assessments and review them on a regular basis, in line with Steps Ahead policy and outstanding CQC guidelines
you will also be expected ensure all packages of care are reviewed every three months or more frequently in accordance with clinical level
whilst you will be office based primarily, you will be required to travel to meet our clients, and provide training and development to our Support Workers
to work closely with the Registered Manager and Care Manager to respond to matters arising, resolve concerns and provide cohesive leadership

Requirements
RGN registration
RGN/RMN registration
current NMC registration
additional acquired brain injury/spinal injury training
additional acquired brain injury/spinal injury training would be beneficial
able to demonstrate excellent understanding of PBS
