Requirements
- at least 3 years payroll experience
- knowledge of international seafarers payroll would be an advantage

Responsibility
- responsible for processing payrolls from start to finish ensuring payments are made according to the agreed deadlines
- ensure payroll data is actioned in a timely and accurate manner
- reconciling the payrolls to ensure accuracy of calculation and prepare the necessary documentation
- guarantee all funding for payrolls, bank files and cost files are produced and actioned in a timely and accurate manner
- responsible for third party payments and communication with the necessary partners to ensure timely payment
- reconciliation for month end
- preparation and submission to the finance system of the month end payroll journals
- assist HRSC with any payroll queries that are raised
