Responsibility

  • responsible for processing payrolls from start to finish ensuring payments are made according to the agreed deadlines
  • ensure payroll data is actioned in a timely and accurate manner
  • reconciling the payrolls to ensure accuracy of calculation and prepare the necessary documentation
  • guarantee all funding for payrolls, bank files and cost files are produced and actioned in a timely and accurate manner
  • responsible for third party payments and communication with the necessary partners to ensure timely payment
  • reconciliation for month end
  • preparation and submission to the finance system of the month end payroll journals
  • assist HRSC with any payroll queries that are raised
