- perform composite repair and fabrication tasks on aircraft components, structures, and surfaces
- conduct thorough inspections and assessments to identify damage, defects, and structural issues requiring repair
- utilize advanced composite repair techniques, materials, and tools to restore damaged components to airworthy condition
- follow manufacturer specifications, repair manuals, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and safety standards
- collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to develop repair solutions and optimize repair processes
- document repair activities accurately and maintain detailed records of repairs, materials used, and work performed
- proven experience as a Composite Repair Technician or similar role in the aviation industry. minimum 3 years
- in-depth knowledge of composite materials, repair techniques, and manufacturing processes
- proficiency in using composite repair tools and equipment, including vacuum bagging, resin infusion, and composite bonding
- familiarity with FAA/EASA/CAA regulations, ATA chapters, and industry standards related to composite repair and maintenance
- strong attention to detail and quality control standards in composite repair work
- excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
