- raising purchase orders for materials, plant, etc
- coordination of & arranging deliveries / collections
- maintaining a live plant hire register – ensuring all hired tools & equipment are tracked
- setting up project files
- monitoring emails and proactively addressing them promptly
- producing job boxes for sites and arranging delivery
- creating O&M documents when needed and archiving
- other admin jobs as required
- represent the company to potential clients across the UK
- manage sales pipeline and provide regular feedback and updates
- conduct research on industry organizations and competitors to generate a competitive edge
- be open to new opportunities in emerging markets
