  • maintain, develop and implement administrative systems, such as record management
  • maintain supplies of stationery and equipment
  • respond to customer enquiries and feedback
  • create delivery dockets and maintain transport calendar
  • maintain production log and update schedules, liaising between design office and workshop
  • maintain records of quotes, stock levels, invoices and deliveries
  • check that data protection laws are being adhered to in relation to the storage of data, and review and update policies

designer

Responsibility

  • working closely within the Design team, you will aid smooth running of the design/fabrication process
  • producing/checking the various documents required for design
  • communicating with the factory team to ensure consistency and be able to answer any potential queries regarding Design/Production
  • perform regular quality checks on designs/drawings to uphold standards of excellence

Requirements

  • experience with AutoCAD is essential. Knowledge of 3D software is desirable
  • experience within the Construction industry is desirable. Genuine interest within Design and Manufacture is encouraged
  • relevant Construction Qualifications/Degree Desirable
  • good team player attitude, good time management
  • able to work well under pressure, good decision-making ability
  • proficient technical, creative, written and verbal communication skills
  • A full UK driving license is preferred due to location
  • autoCAD: 1 year
