you will work towards a Level 3 apprenticeship in Infrastructure with our training provider, Apprenticeship Learning Solutions
you will have time within the week to work towards this qualification receiving support from your line manager and buddy/mentor
you will receive support from your apprenticeship advisor to help develop these skills
business IT Services aim to provide solutions that meet the varying work needs of the organisation which fits in with our Transformation journey
should you already hold a qualification in an IT related subject then unfortunately you will not be eligible to apply
to achieve this we provide Companies House colleagues with the equipment needed to work both in the office and remotely and ensure ongoing support to our user community
Requirements
excellent customer service skills
working Together - comfortable with collaborating and partnering with colleagues in the team and at all levels across the organisation
there will be a requirement to move and lift equipment. Manual handling training will be provided if required
technical Skills
A knowledge of different types of hardware and operating systems would be beneficial
this is a role that provides the opportunity to participate in the support and rollout of existing and emerging technologies and the chance to gain knowledge of Companies House hardware and software systems
