- KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. CATERING 1.1 To prepare cook and serve high quality food, including to staff, patients and visitors. delegating work to volunteers as appropriate. 1.2
- the serving of meals ensuring that appearance and presentation is maintained to the highest standard. 1.3. The preparation of buffets for various functions / special occasions / meetings as required. 1.4
- assist the Chef and/Catering Supervisor as required in the preparation of menus. 1.5. To assist in ensuring the economic use of catering provisions. 1.6
- to be aware and implement Health & Safety procedures as well as adhering to regulatory food handling requirements

- in conjunction with other staff and volunteers, ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained within the kitchen, dining areas and store room
