- supporting our Operations Support Officer and working alongside Head office key personnel
- responsible for ensuring Hotel passes all evaluations and audits
- assists, ordering and monitors all operating supplies to ensure cost control
- improve and maintain customer service satisfaction- Complaint handling and online feedback
- st James Hotel is a locally established Hotel situated in the heart of Grimsby town centre. We are part of the Corus Hotel Chain
- promoting a positive Health and Safety culture on the premises
- responsible for training and supervision on specific HOD’s, Supervisors and team members
- develop and implement new Menus, offers, promotions, events to drive revenue for F&B
