Responsibility
- to lead and supervise a group of Care Workers and be responsible for service users
- to ensure your team provide and maintain the highest levels of care in line with the Company's vision, policies and procedures
- set up, implement and review client care plans and ensure all associated documentation is completed in a timely manner
- undertake observations of Care Workers work performance, including write-up of notes
- complete new starter inductions and monitor to sign-off
- hold regular team meetings
- to ensure service delivery to service users is person-centred, safe and compliant with both CQC and the policies set by Individual Care Services
- hold or participate in meetings with service users, their families / representatives, relevant professionals etc
