  • to assist with routine administration, e.g. scanning, photocopying, e-mailing
  • administrative experience: 2 years
  • co-ordinate the recruitment and on-boarding process to ensure volunteers start as soon as possible. This involves sending out information about volunteering opportunities, liaising with managers, sending out letters and issuing ID Badges
  • IT Skills inc Microsoft: 2 years
  • co-ordination of various events throughout the year including the co-ordination of mandatory training for volunteers keeping all relevant parties up to date with arrangements
