the successful candidate will have at least 2 year's experience of managing a care home for individuals with Dementia, together with a level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, or a willingness to achieve this qualification
you will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills with a passion and determination for attaining the highest possible level of care to the residents
