Responsibility
- as a Deputy Manager, you would support your Home Manager and play an important role in team leadership
- working closely with your Home Manager and well-established team of staff, you will oversee and assist in the nursing care of each resident, including maintaining accurate records for each of our residents whilst consistently delivering the very- highest care standards
- your main responsibilities are to ensure person-centred care of our residents, delivering the highest standards of care, and ensuring our residents individual needs are always met as you assess their nursing needs
- you would be supervising and managing your team, liaising with residents’ families and other care professionals and keeping up to date and complying with CQC and care standards
- you will demonstrate our core values in all that you do, and will be a role model for your team, inspiring them with your passion and striving for excellence throughout the home
