- ensure planning, observations and assessments are completed and in line with procedure
- ensure the key person approach is strong and staff build great relationships with parents and children
- ensuring that the children's observations, assessments and planning are updated regularly in line with policy
- be a good role model for the rest of the team, and support, coach and mentor your team
- must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification
