Responsibility
- this role will be based at our head office in Frimley, reporting directly to the Head of Support Services
- in this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with all sites in the Spotless Water network
- maintain and develop relationships with new and existing site partners
- developing and maintaining strong positive relationships with each site, ensuring a clear line of communication
- liaising with internal departments with site requests/updates
- managing the accounts process for the sites to ensure an accurate and timely billing process
- keep accurate records of all calls/contact made with site partners
- co-ordinating clear internal communication between all departments
