electrical engineer
Responsibility
- to provide an in-house day to day reactive maintenance service
- to undertake maintenance/testing of equipment, ensuring compliance with current HTM recommendations and legislative guidance
- assist in implementation and preventative maintenance programme for all building services, equipment and associated records
- to identify personal training and development requirements, and to discuss appropriate solutions with their line manager
- to liaise with external contractors providing specialist services to building/building services/equipment
- to provide out of hours emergency on-call service
- to complete weekly records of plant and services to ensure within required parameters
- to order materials required for maintenance purposes ensuring appropriate levels of back-up stocks, and proper storage and security
