post will lead transformation and operationally oversee contractual monitoring

this is a senior leadership role within the commissioning hub, working closely with the Mental Health Director of Nursing, Programme Director and clinical leads
the post reports directly to the West Midlands Provider Collaborative Programme Director and is responsible for the day-to-day oversight in order to deliver the commissioning of high quality care for patients requiring CAMHS Tier 4 across the West Midlands
the post holder will work with a commensurate degree of autonomy, at-pace, and at-scale, across multiple stakeholders, and require a creative mind-set, excellent leadership skills, and an application of whole systems thinking
