SPINNAKER SUPPORT is looking for employees for positions:

technical architect

  • technical architect

Responsibility

  • provide remote-based SAP support for a combination of logistics modules
  • continuously drive customer satisfaction by tracking issues from start to closure, minimizing aging cases
  • support clients with customizations and provide implementation and best practices process support
  • application support role will also perform a Quality Assurance function – testing fixes and enhancements created by developers
  • develop strong support-based relationships with our clients, must have excellent customer focus and communication, friendly interaction and passion to help customers with their software issues
  • ability to troubleshoot customer issues online and using remote-connecting tools. Must have good analytical ability and strong resources to utilize for resolving issues

Requirements

  • expert level knowledge in either SAP MM and SD and PP modules
  • ability to debug ABAP programs
  • expert level ABAP programming skills would be an added advantage
  • strong SAP integration experience with other core SAP functionality and business suite products
  • must have good understanding and scope of software to know how a change can impact other parts of the software
  • ability to work remotely within a close team environment as well as with teams in all regions
  • 18+ Years SAP MM and SD and PP and PM and WM and QM implementation and support experience
