Responsibility
- administration of the site stamp system
- co-ordination and monitoring of eyesight testing for Non Destructive Testing personnel
- support with Escapes and Complaints by correlating information for ready for investigations, analysis, and general administrative support
- generation and correlation of credits relating to customer quality concerns
- compilation, review, and submission of data-books
- internal audits and verification check as defined in the audit schedule
- distribution of new and updated QMS documentation, usually to manufacturing areas whenever there is a change to their requirements
- general Quality Management System administration- ISO 9001 & AS9100 compliant, using Fastworks software
Requirements
- 2 years minimum experience working in an Engineering environment
- previous experience of working in a Quality department. logy, engineering, or mathematics subject
- experience of handling specifications- interpretation and application
- previous experience of working in a Quality department
- competent in the use of MS Office
- completion of an Engineering apprenticeship or similar
- be able to manage activities to meet strict deadlines
- experience of working with Purchase Orders / Contracts including the flow down of requirements
