- taking incoming calls and supporting on Live Chat
- taking incoming calls
- give impartial advice on spa experiences
- convert enquiries to bookings
- inputting bookings & enquiries into our CRM system
- inputting bookings & enquiries into our system
- making amendments/cancellations to existing bookings
Requirements
- candidate should be fun, outgoing, upbeat and work well in a team environment and have sales experience

- confident and experienced in phone sales
- excellent Customer Service skills
- highly motivated
- work well under pressure
- excellent phone manner
- monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm Saturdays 9am to 5pm one in three rota
