Requirements

  • cooking: 2 years

Responsibility

  • oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar
  • develop and maintain beer, wine & cocktail menus
  • train and supervise bar staff on drink recipes and service standards
  • monitor stock levels and product range and place orders as needed
  • ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • manage bar budgets and control costs effectively

Requirements

  • previous experience in bar work, preferably in a supervisory role
  • strong knowledge of food safety & hygiene regulations
  • experience in team management and leadership
  • hospitality or restaurant background is preferred
  • ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
