Responsibility
- oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar
- develop and maintain beer, wine & cocktail menus
- train and supervise bar staff on drink recipes and service standards
- monitor stock levels and product range and place orders as needed
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- manage bar budgets and control costs effectively
Requirements
- previous experience in bar work, preferably in a supervisory role
- strong knowledge of food safety & hygiene regulations
- experience in team management and leadership
- hospitality or restaurant background is preferred
- ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- excellent communication and customer service skills
