Responsibility
assess Vehicle Damage: Evaluate the extent of damage to vehicle panels and determine the appropriate repair methods
panel Removal: Carefully remove damaged panels and parts from vehicles
panel Repair/Replacement: Repair or replace damaged panels using a variety of hand and power tools
welding and Shaping: Weld and shape panels to match the original specifications accurately
surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, priming, and masking
painting and Finishing: Apply paint and finishes to repaired panels, ensuring a seamless match with the rest of the vehicle
quality Inspection: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications
Requirements
experience: Proven experience as a Panel Beater or in a similar role
vehicle Body Repair: 3 years
mechanical Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle structures and mechanical systems
tool Proficiency: Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
welding Skills: Ability to weld and shape panels with precision
maintenance Knowledge: Familiarity with equipment repair and maintenance
physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
