- proven experience as a Fashion Designer or in a similar role within the fashion industry
- strong skills in graphic design, photography, CSS, web design, Sketchup, HTML are advantageous
- excellent sketching abilities and a keen eye for detail in fabric selection and colour matching
- strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across various departments
- ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining creativity
- A degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred but not essential if experience is demonstrated
- the role is not open to anyone who requires or may require in the future any sponsorship

- oversee the fitting process, making necessary adjustments to ensure perfect fit and quality
- maintain an organised portfolio of designs, samples, and materials for reference
