  • you should have a high level of mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills together with an innovative outlook
  • achieved or working towards IMT Level 2 Qualification
  • an appreciation of the Lean manufacturing fundamentals
  • effective communication and decision making skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • have a continuous improvement approach to work
  • knowledge of Tool trials and process optimisation would be desirable
