accounts reconciliation and reporting; maintaining databases and creating spreadsheets, maintenance of credit control reporting tools
collection of cash within set payment terms; liaising with customers and internal stakeholders to build strong, lasting relationships and ensuring that any payment issues are identified and resolved as early as possible
managing Southco’s credit risk; reviewing new and existing customers using both knowledge within the business and external credit rating data to set appropriate payment terms and credit limits
working alongside our Customer Service and Sales teams to manage and review orders on credit block, ensuring that issues are escalated and resolved in an efficient manner
