  • south Devon Dental Practice is looking for a Business Manager to help lead and support the Practice Team in delivering excellent care to our patients, along with ensuring the administrative aspects of the Practice run smoothly
  • we are looking for an experienced, competent, and dynamic Business Manager with a minimum of 5 years managerial experience to help lead our team and encourage a successful and profitable Dental practice
  • the successful candidate will work closely with the Practice Owners, Practice Manager and nominated Business Consultant to deliver specific and measurable improvements in Practice performance, with the patient experience at the centre of everything we do
  • lead the Dental Practice team, ensuring that the team approaches their roles with diligence, professionalism and with the patient experience at the centre of their thoughts
  • complete financial and business performance analysis monthly, presenting the information to the Practice owners, along with suggestions for improvement and where successes should be celebrated with the team
  • assist in the management of compliance within industry standards and laws, namely the CQC’s Key Lines of Enquiry and the GDC’s Standards for the Dental team. An industry specific package is in place to support with this task
  • be proactive in ensuring that the Practice is clean and presentable, challenging under performance and setting goals for improvements, via written development plans if required
