  • manage and develop the front of house team while working along side with the restaurant manager, managing gross profit margin and budgets and controlling purchasing, health & safety and stock control
  • you'll be leading from the front, encouraging a good sense of team spirit, a hard work ethic and fun times along the way
  • as Assistant manager you will be involved in building sales and footfall to the restaurant and will play an important role in day to day running of the restaurant
  • we would ideally like you to have at least 2 years experience as a restaurant supervisor or assistant manager within a strong establishment
