manage and develop the front of house team while working along side with the restaurant manager, managing gross profit margin and budgets and controlling purchasing, health & safety and stock control
you'll be leading from the front, encouraging a good sense of team spirit, a hard work ethic and fun times along the way
as Assistant manager you will be involved in building sales and footfall to the restaurant and will play an important role in day to day running of the restaurant
we would ideally like you to have at least 2 years experience as a restaurant supervisor or assistant manager within a strong establishment
