Responsibility
- sorelle Support are seeking compassionate and experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join our dedicated team
- provide direct support and assistance to the gentleman in managing his mental health condition
- provide one-on-one or group support to individuals with mental health conditions
- foster a safe and supportive environment to promote the individual's well-being and recovery
- assist in implementing individualized care plans and treatment goals
- develop and maintain a positive rapport with the individual, establishing trust and promoting independence
- we are dedicated to improving the well-being of those we serve and helping them on their path to recovery

Requirements
- certification or training in mental health support, counseling, or related fields
- familiarity with therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, or person-centered care
- experience in assisting individuals with daily living tasks, medication management, and promoting healthy lifestyle habits
- compassion and empathy for individuals dealing with mental health challenges
- minimum age requirement of 30 years, as maturity and life experience are essential for this role
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- previous experience working in the mental health field, preferably with individuals facing similar challenges
- ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to diverse care settings
