- certification or training in mental health support, counseling, or related fields
- familiarity with therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, or person-centered care
- experience in assisting individuals with daily living tasks, medication management, and promoting healthy lifestyle habits
- compassion and empathy for individuals dealing with mental health challenges
- minimum age requirement of 30 years, as maturity and life experience are essential for this role
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- previous experience working in the mental health field, preferably with individuals facing similar challenges
- ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to diverse care settings
- remain awake and alert throughout the night, monitoring the well-being of our client with additional needs
- provide assistance with personal care and support any specific needs or requirements
- administer medication as per prescribed guidelines and maintain accurate records
- respond promptly and appropriately to any emergencies or incidents that may arise
- maintain a calm and reassuring environment for our client during the night hours
- document and report any observations or incidents to the appropriate team members
