Responsibility

  • develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with Sopro’s vision, mission, and values
  • create and manage an editorial calendar for internal communication activities, including company-wide emails, newsletters, company update meetings, and other communication channels
  • develop and implement effective communication processes and systems to ensure consistent messaging and timely dissemination of information across the organisation
  • develop and manage content for internal communication channels, including written content, graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets
  • develop and execute targeted communication plans for specific internal stakeholders, such as departments, teams, and functional groups
  • ensure that internal communication efforts are aligned with external communication efforts, such as marketing campaigns, public relations, and social media
  • track and measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and use data to continuously improve communication strategies
  • foster a culture of open communication, transparency, and trust across the organization
