Responsibility
- based in Suffolk, with flexibility needed for regular travel to Somerset for the first 6 months
- the post will be for 12 months initially with a view to becoming permanent
- full management of a 24/7 service from varied locations and operating times
- transport Management responsibilities as a Transport Manager for the company
- as the General Manager you will be heading up and leading the Operations and Engineering Team to ensure that operational and service performance and client requirements are met, whilst ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
- ensuring all Operational and KPI’s are on track or better
- managing the performance of my direct reports through quality and regular reviews
