Responsibility

  • the Role
  • act as a key member of the Inside Sales team, in managing profitable customer relationships within the motor retail automotive sector
  • manage a pipeline of sales activity which include Retention and Enhancements across a portfolio of customers
  • prospect and approach potential customers using all relevant media and industry knowledge such as the web and marketing
  • make and receive calls to customers establishing needs and demonstrating appropriate solutions
  • negotiate and close deals delivering targets whilst maintaining customer advocacy • Process and track orders ensuring payment is received
  • build and maintain product knowledge ensuring a wide understanding of cap hpi product portfolio
  • maintain relationships throughout the customer lifecycle retaining customers whilst minimising costs
