- to respond to, and control production to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard
- to provide constant supervision of the staff, in terms of training, safety, quality and productivity

- to produce daily shift reports
- to cope with our growing demand, with values built around quality, reliability and market leading customer service, we require two shift supervisors to join our family run business
- to deputize and provide cover for the production manager
