  • our client, a boutique hotel with 50 rooms, are searching for an experienced receptionist to join their team
  • provide friendly and courteous customer service to guests, as well as to internal staff and external visitors
  • manage all incoming calls, emails, and reservations
  • you must be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of everything associated with the hotel receptionist role
  • answer phones to direct calls or messages
  • greet and assist guests as needed
  • shifts required to be available for - 7am-3pm, 12pm-8pm, 3pm-11pm & 11pm-7am
