Responsibility
- our client, a boutique hotel with 50 rooms, are searching for an experienced receptionist to join their team
- provide friendly and courteous customer service to guests, as well as to internal staff and external visitors
- manage all incoming calls, emails, and reservations
- you must be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of everything associated with the hotel receptionist role
- answer phones to direct calls or messages
- greet and assist guests as needed
- shifts required to be available for - 7am-3pm, 12pm-8pm, 3pm-11pm & 11pm-7am
- direct traffic to parking spaces and the correct building entrance

- previous experience in a similar role essential
- knowledge of hotels and accommodations essential
- knowledge of hotels and accommodations software such as Opera, Hotwire or Booking is a plus but not required
- professional appearance and attitude. Must be able to work well in a team environment. Must also be able to provide excellent customer service to our guests at all times
