  • experience with CQC management and policy handling - knowledge of iComply is desired
  • knowledge of and experience in handling new enquiries relating to Invisalign in particular
  • experience in working with patients in a private dental practice setting
  • keep the clinical and reception areas and all equipment and instruments clean, tidy and sterile
  • provide chairside assistance, ensuring that the correct equipment is available
  • good phone manner and ability to build rapport with patients
  • ability to accurately complete patient clinical records
