give quotes to inbound leads and follow up regularly to convert them into clients
manage relationships between clients, conveyancers and referrers of clients
attend networking and industry events to build commercial relationships
develop an understanding of conveyancing and the legal sector
regularly attend training to develop and refine skills and expertise
as a member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with estate agents, mortgage advisors, developers and clients to generate new business for the conveyancing service provided by Smart Legal
you will work closely with the conveyancing team to maintain relationships with estate agents, mortgage advisors and others to manage existing clients and to generate new clients and build commercial relationships
