SMART ENERGY HOMES is looking for employees for positions:

contact centre manager

Responsibility

  • oversee and manage the daily operations of the call centre
  • lead and drive the team’s performance, including regular 1-1 coaching sessions
  • preparing weekly performance reports and KPI’s for managing performance
  • ensure lead sources are being managed and dealt with efficiently to ensure maximum conversion
  • writing scripts and customer answer sheets
  • assist with the recruitment and induction of new team members
  • setting weekly and monthly sales targets
  • record lead and sales data in CRM systems

Requirements

  • previous experience working in a contact centre environment
  • strong leadership and team management abilities
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft 365 programmes
  • ability to work under pressure, demonstrating drive and a positive approach to work
  • strong organisational skills
  • knowledge of the ECO 4 Scheme
