contact centre manager
Responsibility
- oversee and manage the daily operations of the call centre
- lead and drive the team’s performance, including regular 1-1 coaching sessions
- preparing weekly performance reports and KPI’s for managing performance
- ensure lead sources are being managed and dealt with efficiently to ensure maximum conversion
- writing scripts and customer answer sheets
- assist with the recruitment and induction of new team members
- setting weekly and monthly sales targets
- record lead and sales data in CRM systems
Requirements
- previous experience working in a contact centre environment
- strong leadership and team management abilities
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft 365 programmes
- ability to work under pressure, demonstrating drive and a positive approach to work
- strong organisational skills
- knowledge of the ECO 4 Scheme
