Responsibility

  • preparation of fortnightly client payment evaluations
  • preparation of weekly payment summaries for sub-contractors. Manage subcontractors fortnightly payments and staff monthly payroll
  • manage administration to ensure our HSE documentation and other compliance requirements are fully met
  • manage Human Resources, including recruiting, hiring and training new staff/sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with labour laws
  • prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and specifications
  • initial review of all current work processes, implement and manage work flows for all office activities with the objective of becoming ISO compliant
  • liaise with stakeholders such as the accountant and H&S consultants where required, to deliver documents, contracts etc
  • manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing clients, tracking payments using our cloud based accounts software. Manage the collate information for quarterly VAT return and CIS returns
