Responsibility
preparation of fortnightly client payment evaluations
preparation of weekly payment summaries for sub-contractors. Manage subcontractors fortnightly payments and staff monthly payroll
manage administration to ensure our HSE documentation and other compliance requirements are fully met
manage Human Resources, including recruiting, hiring and training new staff/sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with labour laws
prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and specifications
initial review of all current work processes, implement and manage work flows for all office activities with the objective of becoming ISO compliant
liaise with stakeholders such as the accountant and H&S consultants where required, to deliver documents, contracts etc
manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing clients, tracking payments using our cloud based accounts software. Manage the collate information for quarterly VAT return and CIS returns
