- skymark Packaging International Limited, manufacturers of flexible packaging solutions, are looking to recruit a Deputy Quality Process Manager; to work at our Scunthorpe factory
- administration of External Complaints & Supplier Complaints onto Skymark Databases
- instigate first investigations in methodical manner, samples, retesting using QA lab and CI tech resource
- support the Quality Assurance team by Deputising for the Manger and ensuring QA team leader support to drive the daily activities, Complaint investigations, corrective actions, and process improvements are sustained
- initiate collections, ensure all complaint details inputted for traceability and quantities updated
- audit and maintain the quality management systems.Competence in understanding the ISO 9001, 14001 & BRC accreditation requirements to be able to Audit internal processes Without bias to ensure Skymark has implemented these systems of work effect and is sustained
- open discussion with Customer service, Planning, Technical & external sales for resolutions
