Responsibility

  • making, rescheduling, confirming and cancelling appointments through multiple channels including phone, text, email, web submission and social media with the ability to manage multiple diaries and ensure the smooth running of all appointments
  • ensuring correct administration by entering complete and correct client details, correct invoicing, updating ensuring patient files and associated admin is completed and filed correctly

Responsibility

  • initiate patient follow-up aftercare calls or emails post treatment as and when required, or as requested by the patient
  • adhere to all clinic policies in relation to chemical use and cleaning, sanitising and maintenance of equipment
  • reporting any faults with machines or equipment to the Clinic Manager/Clinic Director, and communication these faults directly to the appropriate manufacturer ensuring a swift resolution
  • assist with reception duties in accordance with the needs of the business as well as opening and closing clinic responsibilities with a key holder position
  • take an active part in completing all housekeeping and daily checks of the clinic and Aesthetician treatment rooms, and recording these on the required paperwork, ensuring that all cleaning and laundry tasks are completed and documented appropriately
