Responsibility
- raising and sending contracts for all Skillfinder entities
- raising and sending extensions when contracts are finishing
- raising and sending amendment/termination letters where relevant / Making relevant amendments on our CRM system
- accepting placements/extensions on our CRM and checking it feeds to our Pay&Bill system
- setting up new suppliers/contractors/umbrellas/clients on our CRM
- undertaking background checks for all new starters as per each client requirements
- ensuring background checks are completed by the deadline and report any issues or discrepancies
- this role reports to the Operations & Contracts Manager
