Responsibility
- facilitate and support the team to deliver outcomes of engineering and operational support across client’s Azure environments
- facilitate agile ceremonies and daily stand-ups as a scrum master
- own and remove any impediments for the team, escalating where necessary
- manage either a single client project or a portfolio of clients
- provide internal and external status reporting on client delivery, dependencies, risks and issues
- have an understanding of cloud, Azure services and cloud management platforms
- understand the client’s business strategy and requirements, work with client to manage refinement and delivery of user stories on technical roadmap, and clearly articulate progress
- lead team to influence client feature development speed, while having an understanding to balance feature reliability and client’s service level objectives
Requirements
- A recognised qualification in agile
- experience with project methodologies e.g. Agile, SCRUM, SDLC
- demonstrated experience in successfully managing stakeholder relationships at all levels
- proven ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities
- strong leadership and communication skills with ability to effectively communicate/ present up to C-level
- excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
